Quella che hai allegato non mi sembra una patch generata con il comando che ho 
scritto sul wiki:

P.S. il sorgente deve essere riportato con il suo percorso completo 
scaricabile da internet, nello specfile in questione il percorso è mancante e 
sostituito da ...:
