Logs a warning message.

Returns :ok.

This is reported as "warn" in Elixir's logger backends for backwards compatibility reasons.

Logging a message (string or iodata):

Logger.warning("this is a warning message")

Report message (maps or keywords):

# as keyword list
Logger.warning([something: :reported, this: :warning])

# as map
Logger.warning(%{something: :reported, this: :warning})
