to_time, go back to NaiveDateTime module for more information.
Specs
to_time(Calendar.naive_datetime()) :: Time.t()
Converts a NaiveDateTime into Time.
Because Time does not hold date information,
data will be lost during the conversion.
Examples
iex> NaiveDateTime.to_time(~N[2002-01-13 23:00:07])
~T[23:00:07]
