Please lock both kernel and glibc version with following command after installation:
# dnf -y install python3-dnf-plugin-versionlock
# dnf versionlock kernel-* glibc-*

Please check the kernel and glibc builds for hygon in Circle Linux build system:
kernel-4.18.0-553.42.1.el8_10.1
glibc-2.28-251.el8_10.13.1
